His impressive vocal portfolio includes Lumière in Beauty and the Beast, Sebastian in The Little Mermaid, Maui in Moana, as well as Kristoff and Sven in Frozen and Frozen II. He has received two nominations for the prestigious “Ikar” award in the “voice acting” category and is one of the most recognizable voices in Bulgarian animation and cinema.Teodor Koichinov – A Charismatic and Emotionally Powerful PerformerTeodor Koichinov graduated from the National Music Academy “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” with a degree in Pop and Jazz Singing. His musical journey began at the age of four with vocal lessons. His first major public appearance was in the inaugural season of the reality show Music Idol, where he placed second.In 2012, he became the lead vocalist of the Bulgarian rock band Impulse. That same year, he founded his own band, Theophoria, which disbanded in 2014. Teodor took part in Bulgaria’s first major Dream Theater tribute and collaborated with the Rousse and Stara Zagora Philharmonic Orchestras for the Show Must Go On tour—a Queen tribute show arranged for orchestra, rock band, and choir.Teodor’s stage presence is commanding, radiating charisma and charm. He is known for his perfect improvisational skills and exceptional ability to evoke deep emotions in his audience. As a well-rounded performer, Teo possesses outstanding vocal control. In addition to hosting his own daily radio show, The Teo Show on Radio Fresh!, he has also made a successful entry into the world of dubbing, voicing various singing and speaking roles for major film studios like Disney and Universal.Notable roles he has dubbed into Bulgarian include the iconic Mickey Mouse, the singing parts of Olaf in Frozen and Frozen II, Stitch in Lilo & Stitch 2025, and Prince Fiyero in the acclaimed production of Wicked. Fans can expect to hear him reprise his role as Prince Fiyero in Wicked 2 in late 2025.
