Can I purchase tickets from a physical ticket office?

– What are the payment methods?

Payment through the DSK online payment portal using a bank card with a 3D security code. Payments via ApplePay and GPay are also accepted.
Cash payment at an EasyPay counter using a 10-digit code.
Payment via cash on delivery when receiving tickets from Econt.

– I can't pay with my card. What could be the reason?

One possible reason is that your card does not have 3D password/verification activated. You need to contact the issuing bank of your card and enable this security service. Once activated, you will be able to make online purchases with your card not only on our website but also on all websites that support online payments.

– What is a 3D password/verification?

The 3D password provides additional authentication for the owner of a debit or credit card when making online payments.
It can be:

One-time – valid for a specific online transaction (DSK and Raiffeisenbank send a code via SMS).
Permanent – set up in the online banking system (PIB, UniCredit Bulbank, and UBB), which is activated only after entering the password at the final payment step.

If there is a suspicion of fraud, this security feature helps in disputing the transaction.

– How long do I have to complete the payment for my tickets and order?

Your reservation is held for 30 minutes after a successful order is placed. You must complete the payment with a bank card within this time. If the payment is not successful within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

– Which courier will deliver my tickets?

To provide the best possible service, we work with "Econt Express" and their network of over 600 offices across the country.
Your tickets will be delivered to the address you specified within 5 business days.

If your delivery is not completed within this 5-day period, we recommend contacting us at 0884040400 or emailing info@kupibileti.bg to check the status of your order.

– I can’t attend the concert. Can I return my tickets and get a refund?

According to Article 57, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Articles 50 - 56 on the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within a 14-day period do not apply to entertainment-related services.

Due to this legal regulation, Kupibileti.bg informs its customers that purchased tickets for entertainment events are non-refundable.

Registered users can use the option to cancel their tickets and receive "ART LV" bonus points in return. These bonus points can only be used to purchase tickets for other events and services offered on kupibileti.bg.

– Do I need to print my electronic ticket?

No, you don’t need to print it. On the event day, you can simply present your ticket and its QR code on your mobile device to be scanned by the event staff.

Delivery and Payment Methods:

Electronic Ticket – Pay with your debit or credit card + an administrative fee, and receive your tickets via email. If desired, you can print the ticket on any A4 printer.
Delivery via Econt & Cash on Delivery – Pay when receiving your tickets from an Econt courier or an Econt office.

The total amount includes:

The cost of the selected tickets
A fixed delivery fee of 10 BGN
A 2.83% fee for the cash-on-delivery service to the courier.
