I. Applicability and General Provisions
Article 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the activities carried out by "KUPI BILETI BG" EOOD (hereinafter referred to as "kupibileti.bg") in the field of purchase and sale of tickets for events, concerts, performances, theatrical productions, sports events, and others (hereinafter referred to as "Events") electronically through an electronic platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), regulating the order, manner, and conditions for purchasing and using tickets for Events, the use of the platform and its services, as well as other general provisions.
(2) These GTC come into force from the moment of their publication on the Platform's website.
(3) By purchasing a ticket through kupibileti.bg, the holder agrees to these GTC and undertakes to comply with them.
(4) kupibileti.bg reserves the right to amend the GTC whenever necessary, with the relevant change taking effect from the publication of the amended GTC on the Platform's website.
(5) Before reserving or purchasing a ticket for an event, individuals should check the current version and familiarize themselves with these GTC, which are an integral part of the electronic purchase agreement for a ticket.
(6) Acceptance of these GTC is a condition for purchasing tickets for Events.
(7) For questions related to a specific Event or the conditions imposed by the Event organizer, inquiries should be directed directly to the Event organizer.
II. Information about the Merchant
Article 2. (1) The owner and operator of the Platform is "KUPI BILETI BG" EOOD, a limited liability company registered with the Registry Agency under UIC: 205210570, with its headquarters and management address in Sofia Region (capital), Sofia Municipality, Triaditsa district, postal code 1414, Bulgaria Square 1, NDK, entrance A3.

III. Event Organizers
Article 3. (1) The Events for which tickets are sold electronically through the Platform are organized by third parties, different from the ticket seller kupibileti.bg. These third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers") are responsible for providing ticket holders access to the respective Event and ensuring the timely holding of the Event and the promised quality of the entertainment service.
(2) The Organizers determine the place and time of the Event, the ticket prices, and all other characteristics and conditions under which the Event will be held, including conditions for making changes to the festival participants, including headliners, price changes, as well as changes related to the date, time, and location of the event and the way customers are notified of the changes.
(3) If the Organizer fails to fulfill its obligations regarding a specific Event, including if the Organizer cancels the event, it is directly responsible for compensating the ticket holders and refunding the paid amounts (see Part VIII. "Event Cancellation. Refund of the Paid Price").
(4) The Organizer of the Event assigns kupibileti.bg to distribute and sell the tickets for the respective Event, with kupibileti.bg acting on behalf of and at the expense of the respective Event Organizer through a ticket sales assignment agreement between the Organizer and "KUPI BILETI BG" EOOD.
(5) The name of the Organizer of the respective Event and its headquarters and management address are published on the website www.kupibileti.bg, in the description of the respective event. The name of the Organizer, its UIC, management address, and email address are also printed on the event ticket.
IV. Tickets
Article 4. (1) The ticket contains the following information – the name of the Event, the date and start time of the Event, the ticket price, the sector, row, and seat chosen by the viewer, information and data about the Event Organizer, and a specific QR code for the respective Event and ticket.
(2) Do not give a copy of your tickets or their photos to third parties, as on the day of the event, the customer will be admitted only with the first successfully scanned ticket with a QR code. kupibileti.bg and the Organizer are not responsible if a third party has obtained a copy of the ticket, regardless of how it was obtained.
(3) Up to 10 tickets can be ordered with one order.
(4) By entering their email in the order, the user agrees to receive electronic messages or promo codes for discounts on the ticket price for current or future events.
V. Ticket Order and Payment Methods
Article 5. (1) Users of the site have the opportunity to view and purchase tickets for Events from the Platform by sending a request electronically, using the order module and following the steps described therein.
(2) All prices in the online store are announced in Bulgarian leva and include all taxes and fees, except for bank fees for transactions, delivery price, and cash on delivery fee. The total value of the tickets, the cash on delivery fee, the fixed delivery price of 10 leva, and the total order price are calculated separately, and bank fees are borne by the user according to their bank's conditions. An administrative fee is charged for each purchase of an electronic ticket. The administrative fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances for returning the purchased ticket (event cancellation, postponement, time change, artist change, or others).
(3) By placing an order for a ticket through the Platform, the customer makes a statement of concluding a ticket purchase agreement electronically under the Electronic Commerce Act. This statement binds the customer, and the order cannot be refused or changed.
(4) To purchase a ticket through the website www.kupibileti.bg, customers must complete the following 5 steps: Step 1 – Select Event, Step 2 – Select seats/tickets, Step 3 – Choose payment and delivery method, Step 4 – Enter the required data, Step 5 – Payment.
(5) After successfully submitting the request, the customer receives an email from kupibileti.bg confirming the receipt of the statement for concluding the ticket purchase agreement electronically.
(6) Tickets are sent to the email address provided by the user after the successful payment of the order and tickets.
(7) The Platform is not responsible for unsuccessfully received emails, such as order confirmation or payment confirmation emails from which the tickets are downloaded, when the user has provided an email from a corporate email server.
(8) An administrative fee is charged for each electronic ticket purchase. The administrative fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances for returning the purchased ticket (event cancellation, postponement, time change, artist change, or others).
Article 6. (1) Ordered tickets can be paid by the customer in the following ways:
1. Payment by cash on delivery – the due amount for the selected tickets + 2.90% of the value of the purchased tickets is paid to the courier upon delivery of the tickets to the address specified by the customer. The receipt you receive from the courier upon delivery of the order is equivalent to a cash receipt. For issued invoices, the receipt received upon delivery of the order is attached to it.
2. By debit/credit card – You can pay with a bank card issued by a Bulgarian or foreign bank directly, with the transaction currency when paying with a card being Bulgarian lev (BGN). Accepted card types are: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. For your identification as a cardholder, the payment server for electronic commerce of our servicing bank supports the verification schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
2.2. The data you need to fill in are: Card number, CVV – three-digit secret code on the back of the card, Card validity date, Cardholder name. Your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will only be accepted if it is registered to participate in the online verification schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. The maximum transaction amount is 10,000 leva. kupibileti.bg does not store card data of its customers who have shopped online and paid by debit or credit card.
(2) In case of loss of a paper ticket or its destruction, you can reprint it. For this purpose, go to your email where you received the ticket earlier, the link to the ticket will be active. Reuse of a ticket for entry to an Event is not allowed.
(3) When ordering a ticket by the customer, kupibileti.bg reserves the selected seats for the customer for 30 minutes.
(4) When choosing payment by card, the payment can be made within 30 minutes.
(5) If the due amount is not paid to the courier within 7 days of the order with the chosen payment and delivery method "Pay on delivery upon receipt," the ticket purchase is canceled, and kupibileti.bg's obligation to keep the selected seats and deliver/hand over the ordered tickets to the customer lapses.
(6) The successfully paid electronic ticket is sent to the email address provided by the user.
(7) The possibility to purchase a ticket with "Cash on Delivery" is available up to 22 days before the event date.
Virtual Wallet and Installment Purchases
General Provisions:
1. “ART LV” represents virtual bonus points accrued upon cancellation of a purchased ticket.
2. “ART LV” virtual bonus points can only be used to acquire tickets for other events. Usage can be for full acquisition of tickets or partial. The user can make a payment for the remaining amount using the payment and delivery methods of KUPIBILETI.
3. When choosing to purchase tickets on installments, an additional service fee is charged as follows:
- For selected payment of tickets in installments over
3 months – an additional 10% of the value;
- For selected payment of tickets in installments over 6 months – an additional 15% of the value.
4. A purchased ticket can be exchanged for ART LV bonus points only by users who have registered according to the specified procedure on the kupibileti.bg website.
1. Wallet
1.1. To use the Wallet service, it is necessary to create a registration with a valid email and password. A confirmation and activation link is sent to the specified email address. After successful confirmation of the registration, each user has access by entering the registered email address and personal password. Each user is obliged to responsibly store, not distribute, and not share their access data (email address and password) to the wallet with third parties. Kupibileti.bg is not responsible for purchases, ticket cancellations in the wallet, use of other functionalities, and others when performed by third parties who have gained unauthorized access to the registration on the platform.
1.1.1. After successful registration and login to the account, the user can personally return tickets electronically up to 7 days before the event date. The return period varies for each event, and kupibileti.bg reserves the right to change the period without notice by order of the event organizer. The ticket values are accumulated and visualized in the wallet in the form of virtual points "Art LV."
1.2. Fees and the price of successfully purchased ticket insurance remain at the expense of the client and are not refundable in the personal wallet.
2. "Art LV" can be used to purchase tickets for other events or for partial payments on orders.
3. For each subsequent purchase from the Platform, the available "Art LV" in the wallet is fully utilized first, and if there is insufficient availability of "Art LV," the purchase automatically continues with the remaining amount being paid using the payment methods on the site.
Installment Purchase
4.1. The "Buy on Installments" service is available to users with registrations and profiles on the site who purchase tickets worth over 300 leva.
4.2. Possible repayment terms are in 3 or 6 monthly installments, depending on the remaining time until the first event.
4.3. With the first installment, the administrative service fees, delivery, and insurance fees are paid, and the remaining amount is spread over equal monthly installments, depending on the selected or possible term.
4.4. Installments are paid by card on a predetermined due date specified at the time of purchase. The user receives reminder emails before the installment due date as follows:
- 7 days before the installment due date.
- On the installment due date.
- 2 days after non-payment of the installment, with a warning for order cancellation.
4.5. In case of order cancellation, the value of the paid installments minus fees and insurance is refunded to the wallet in the form of Art LV.
4.6. Art LV cannot be withdrawn or converted into leva and can only be spent when ordering tickets through the wallet.
4.7. Installment payment fees are:
- 10% for 3 monthly installments.
- 15% for 6 monthly installments.
5. Registration and Protection of Personal Data
5.1. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
5.2. The site collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.
6. Changes to the General Terms
6.1. The kupibileti.bg site reserves the right to change these general terms at any time without the obligation to notify the site users in advance.
7. Liability
7.1. The site is not responsible for losses or damages arising from the use of our services.
8. The user confirms and agrees that the bonus points "ART LV" are not real money and are used only for full or partial payment of a ticket for another event.
9. kupibileti.bg has the right to:
- Refuse user registration;
- Block access to the platform for a user in case of suspected abuse;
- Refuse to accrue "ART LV" bonus points in case of software malfunction;
- In case of suspicion of abuse or attempt at such, kupibileti.bg has the right to withhold, refuse, or cancel any transactions made in the user's wallet and, at any time and without notice, to deduct all positive balances of "ART LV" bonus points in the user's wallet.
Ticket Delivery
Article 7. (1) Tickets ordered online through the website www.kupibileti.bg can be delivered to an address or an Econt office specified by the customer. A ticket can also be purchased from one of the partner cash desks in the kupibileti.bg network.
(2) Ordered tickets are delivered by courier within 5 working days from the order date when the possible payment methods are by cash on delivery or prepayment of tickets and delivery fees via credit/debit card.
(3) The delivery period can be extended on public holidays, campaign periods, promotional activities, or in other force majeure circumstances, and kupibileti.bg reserves the right to extend the specified periods by up to seven days.
(4) Each order is processed on the next working day.
(5) Ordered tickets are delivered by the courier company "Econt Express" and the delivery is made to the exact address specified by the customer within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding deliveries to Bulgarian foreign diplomatic missions, embassies, ships, and planes under the Bulgarian flag, etc. (which according to international law norms are considered part of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria).
VI. Ticket Cancellation Insurance
For your convenience, the option for insurance in case of ticket cancellation for an event is included.
The insurance will refund the ticket price if you cannot attend the event due to an insured risk according to the General Terms and Conditions of the insurance. For additional information and details, please see the information document and data protection policy.

VII. Requirement to Keep and Show Tickets. Event Conduct Rules.
Article 8. (1) Every visitor is obliged to keep their ticket until the end of the Event.
(2) Upon leaving the hall during a given event, re-entry is only possible upon showing the ticket. No refunds are provided for stolen, lost, or damaged tickets by the customer.
(3) When purchasing a ticket, the visitor undertakes to comply with the internal rules established by the Organizer for the respective event. Violation of the internal rules and ticket abuse can result in a warning to leave the hall.
(4) kupibileti.bg warns that in general, the internal rules of the organizers prohibit the use of recording devices, cameras, and video cameras during the Events.
(5) The purchase of a ticket, regardless of the means of purchase, provides the holder with the right to be a viewer of the selected Event from the Organizer's program, for which the ticket is intended, and by purchasing it, the holder agrees to these GTC and undertakes to comply with them.
(6) The ticket is presented for verification before the Event in its original form (along with a cash receipt when purchased from a ticket office) and with intact integrity and appearance.
(7) No duplicates are issued and no money is refunded for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten tickets.
(8) When attending an event, the user agrees to the general terms of the specific event imposed by the organizer.
(9) kupibileti.bg and the event organizer do not guarantee that the purchased seat will be reserved after the concert starts. To avoid disturbing the event and the comfort of the audience, late guests are seated in the remaining available seats.
VIII. Refusal of Purchased Tickets
Article 9. (1) Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. According to Article 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Articles 50 - 56 on the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within a 14-day reflection period do not apply to the provision of services related to entertainment activities. In connection with the stated legal basis, customers do not have the right to withdraw from the purchased electronically tickets for entertainment events.
(2) A purchased ticket can be exchanged for ART LV bonus points only by users who have registered according to the specified procedure on the kupibileti.bg website. The exchange happens within a specified period before the event, after which the ticket cannot be exchanged for ART LV bonus points.
IX. Event Cancellation. Refund of the Paid Price
Article 10. (1) In case of event cancellation, kupibileti.bg is not responsible. The Event Organizer is responsible for refunding the amounts paid for the tickets and compensating the persons who have suffered damages due to the cancellation of the Event. The event cancellation constitutes a failure by the Organizer to fulfill the obligation to provide the paid Event.
(2) The name of the Organizer of the respective Event, its headquarters and management address, UIC, phone number, and email address are published on the website www.kupibileti.bg, in the description of the respective Event, and on the event ticket.
(3) When selling the tickets, kupibileti.bg acts on behalf of and at the expense of the respective Event Organizer. kupibileti.bg has no obligations regarding the organization of the Events and their timely holding and is not responsible for the quality of the entertainment service provided.
(4) The ticket price is refunded by kupibileti.bg only when the Organizer has assigned kupibileti.bg to do so on behalf of and at the expense of the Organizer and under conditions and order determined by the Organizer.
(5) In cases where the Organizer has assigned kupibileti.bg to refund the paid ticket price on behalf of the Organizer, the refunds are made according to the procedures and terms determined by the Organizer and announced on the kupibileti.bg website. In these cases, customers are refunded the amount printed on the front of the ticket, and the refunds are made as follows

The email should contain:
• Bank account to which the amount will be refunded and three names of the account holder who made and paid for the ticket order;
• Your order number (found in the order confirmation email) or the code found on the ticket;
• Two names and a contact phone number;
• The email address entered when purchasing the tickets;
• The event for which you wish to refund your money.
• The ticket amount is refunded after an email with all the required data is sent to us, to the specified bank account within 30 working days from the request submission.
For tickets purchased with a bank card and through the DSK portal - the amount is refunded to the card used to purchase the tickets.
II. If you purchased a ticket from a ticket office – The ticket is valid without additional validation for the new event date. If you wish to refuse, the ticket is returned with the ORIGINAL receipt at the ticket office where it was purchased.
(7) In the case of tickets purchased through the Platform, the administrative fee, delivery costs of the tickets through courier services (cash on delivery fee and/or delivery fee), and bank fees for card payments are non-refundable, as these costs were incurred for services already performed in connection with the purchase and delivery of the tickets and are independent of the specific organized event.
(8) Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled or rescheduled to another date.
(9) Ticket refunds or exchanges for another Event are not allowed, except in cases where it did not take place, was canceled, or interrupted during its performance for reasons for which the Organizer is responsible. Such reasons do not include unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure, accidental act, declaration of war, state of emergency, or similar consequences, coup, natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, worsening weather conditions at outdoor performances, including their relocation due to this to another date and/or place, illness of artists, technical failures such as power outages or heating interruptions, and other extraordinary circumstances.
(10) A ticket holder cannot claim a refund in cases where an announced performer does not participate in the performance, on the grounds that the ticket was purchased specifically for the participation of a particular performer.
(11) A ticket holder cannot claim reimbursement for any expenses incurred in connection with a canceled, postponed, or interrupted performance regardless of the reasons (such as transportation costs, accommodation, food, drinks, etc.).
(12) The paid administrative fee is non-refundable.
X. Liability of kupibileti.bg
Article 11. (1) kupibileti.bg notes and the organizer agrees that kupibileti.bg is not responsible and has no right to determine the conditions and procedures for the services available with tickets distributed by organizers, and is not responsible for the validity of the tickets, their cancellation, updates, etc.
(2) kupibileti.bg does not determine event prices or conditions for providing services for Events, does not allocate seats, and does not set other criteria for providing services, is not responsible for the quality of the event services, their content, occurrence, and compliance with legal requirements, and does not provide guarantees for such services.
(3) Event services are provided to buyers according to the internal rules of the organizers. Information on the conditions and procedures for providing services available with purchased tickets is provided in the event description or through contact with the respective organizer.
(4) kupibileti.bg is not responsible for Platform malfunctions that did not occur due to kupibileti.bg's fault, and does not compensate for damages caused by such malfunctions.
(5) In the presence of technical obstacles or other circumstances, the functioning of the Platform and the possibility of purchasing tickets may be suspended or terminated.
(6) kupibileti.bg does not compensate for damages related to purchased tickets or events.
XI. Access for Children
Article 12. (1) When choosing a performance, individuals should comply with the time and legal restrictions for accompanying persons under 18 years of age.
(2) Based on Article 8, paragraphs 3, 4, and 7 of the Child Protection Act and in connection with the provisions of the Ordinance on the specialized protection of children in public places, minor and underage visitors to public places, including events, must be accompanied by their parents, guardians, custodians, or other adult persons caring for the child, as follows:
1. Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied at events after 20:00;
2. Persons aged 14 to 18 must be accompanied at events after 22:00.
(3) When an adult person accompanying the minor or underage person is different from their parent, guardian, or custodian, they must present a consent declaration for the child's presence at the event, issued in the name of the adult companion and containing notarized signatures of the parents, respectively the guardians or custodians.
(4) Customers should note that individual event organizers may impose specific age restrictions for admitted visitors. Due to the content of a particular production, a legal act may prohibit the admission of persons under a certain age. When purchasing tickets for underage visitors, the customer is obliged to check in advance with the respective Organizer whether minors and/or underage visitors are admitted to the event.
(5) Children under 3 years old are not admitted.
(6) Children up to 7 years old inclusive enter without a ticket if they do not occupy a separate seat.
XII. Access for Disabled People
Article 13. (1) To ensure accessibility and favorable conditions, the event organizer strives to provide the easiest possible access for people with disabilities, as far as the venue of the event allows.
(2) People with disabilities and/or their companions can seek assistance if needed from the hall staff and can receive preliminary information about the conditions from kupibileti.bg by sending an email to info@kupibileti.bg or 0884040400.
XIII. Access for Animals
Article 14. (1) Animals are not allowed during the Events, except for guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities. Employees have the right to request a document - passport, card, certificate, or other, certifying the status of the dog as a guide.
(2) Before purchasing a ticket, the person informs kupibileti.bg that they will be accompanied by a guide dog to choose the most suitable place. No ticket is paid for the guide dog.
XIV. Event Security
Article 15. (1) The event organizer independently or jointly with third parties ensures the security of the Event. Security guards carry an official identification card with a photo, a distinctive sign, and a uniform unless the security functions are assigned to third parties, and other provisions apply to them.
(2) The powers of the event security include:
1. Ensuring compliance with the admission regime established by the organizer for entering and exiting the building and halls, the internal order, and these GTC;
2. Checking baggage, including using a hand-held metal detector and metal detector frame, motor vehicles, and/or their cargo, as well as their accompanying documents;
3. Checking for the presence of explosives, weapons, and substances prohibited by law using technical means;
4. Performing other actions according to the applicable legislation.
(3) Checks under the previous point are carried out in a manner that does not harm the honor and dignity of citizens.
(4) Persons who notice unusual behavior, unattended baggage, problems during the performance, etc., should immediately inform the ushers or security.
(5) Viewers should familiarize themselves with the internal rules for order in the respective building or venue where the Event is held and other applicable internal acts on this territory.
(6) Weapons, any sharp objects, alcohol, narcotic and intoxicating substances, and any other items prohibited by law or those posing a risk are not allowed.
(7) Bringing food and beverages is prohibited.
(8) Security guards have the right to remove from the hall any event attendee at their discretion.
XV. Consent for Filming
Article 16. (1) By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, customers express their consent to be filmed with all technical means during the event broadcast on television, and the recordings made during or in connection with the Event to be used free of charge, without limitation in time and place.
XVI. Personal Data Protection
Article 17. (1) kupibileti.bg is registered as a personal data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act and, in fulfillment of its legal obligations, takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from accidental or unlawful destruction, or accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, as well as from other unlawful forms of processing.
(2) By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, customers express their consent for kupibileti.bg to collect, process, and store the personal data provided by them and to use them for the purposes of fulfilling the concluded contracts for ticket purchases.
(3) The processing of personal data in connection with the merchant's activities is entirely in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the KUPIBILETI Personal Data Protection Policy.
XVII. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Article 18. (1) Consumers have access to out-of-court procedures for resolving disputes with the assistance of alternative dispute resolution bodies.

Article 19. (1) In case of a dispute between the merchant and the consumer, the parties will make all necessary and reasonable efforts and actions to resolve it through negotiations and mutual concessions. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the competent authority for resolution.
XVIII. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 20. (1) kupibileti.bg is not responsible for the validity and authenticity of tickets purchased from places other than the internet Platform and partner cash desks in the kupibileti.bg network. kupibileti.bg advises its customers to purchase their tickets only from authorized cash desks or via the website www.kupibileti.bg.
(2) Under no conditions can customers be charged a higher price than the amount printed on the front of the ticket.
Article 21. (1) kupibileti.bg warns that during Events, due to the sound level, there is a risk of hearing or other health damage.
Article 22. (1) Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the customer makes them an integral part of the electronic ticket purchase agreement concluded between kupibileti.bg and the customer through the purchase of tickets via the website www.kupibileti.bg.
(2) For all matters not settled by these GTC, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
Article 23. (1) The website www.kupibileti.bg is a virtual information resource created in accordance with the regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The kupibileti.bg website is publicly accessible.
(3) The services and the visualization method of the site are dynamic and may be supplemented and changed at any time for improvement and convenience or due to changes in the applicable legislation for their provision.
Article 24. (1) kupibileti.bg is not responsible for the availability of internet connectivity and the quality of the internet connection of its site users, nor for whether the site is accessible and functional at any given moment.
(2) kupibileti.bg is not responsible for problems in providing services arising from unsuitable or faulty equipment and software of the persons accessing the site.
Article 25. (1) The site may contain links to other websites, as well as advertising banners, frames, etc., for commercial purposes, social networks, and platforms.
(2) Each user of the site has the right to use the site and the information posted on it only in the following way:
